Dr. Elizabeth Peck
Dr. Elizabeth Peck grew up in Silicon Valley, where she played as many team sports as possible before attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to earn her undergraduate degree in Animal Science. During her time at the university, she served as vice president of the Honors Society, captained the women’s polo team to consecutive West Coast Regional titles, and worked as a technician for a large animal veterinarian in Templeton, CA.
After completing her degree, Dr. Peck traveled the world — from Japan to Sri Lanka, Morocco, and Europe — before settling in Grenada, West Indies. There, she attended St. George’s University and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree Summa Cum Laude. During veterinary school, Dr. Peck orchestrated One Health, One Medicine community health clinics, which served the rural communities within the developing country of Grenada.
During her clinical year at Cornell University, Dr. Peck worked in the emergency and critical care department, where she witnessed firsthand the trauma experienced by both animals and their families. These experiences created a profound drive to serve her community during the most vulnerable moments of the human-animal bond by providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care.

Beyond Veterinary Care
On her days off, Dr. Peck can often be found playing polo with her horse, Malka, exploring the outdoors with her dog, June Carter, or relaxing at home with her cat, Freda Kahlo. She also enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her future husband, Shavit. These moments of balance and connection reflect the same compassion, energy, and dedication she brings to her patients and their families.
